One of my favorite desserts is rice pudding. I do eat the stuff Kozy Shack makes that you buy in the supermarket, but I prefer to do it myself. One of my christmas presents was a copper risotto pot from williams-sonoma, so I decided to test it out and make arborio-rice pudding in it tonight. It turned out way too sweet (the piece of chocolate I added to it probably didn’t help that much) and a tad undercooked. I rewrote the recipe for you all with modifications, so hopefully if you try it, it will work a little better. You can find the revised recipe in the “recipe” section of the site.
Unfortunately, this didn’t turn out the way I expected it to and I didn’t finish my dessert. What you see here is only about 2 ounces (in a tiny ramekin) and I left a big bite that I ended up throwing away. Don’t be put off though—I did re-work the recipe so hopefully it will be better next time!
