The Usual Oats

I woke up early this morning (probably because I went to bed so early last night!) and made a simple bowl of oatmeal with a banana and 10 almonds sprinkled on top and a big mug of Tazo Awake tea for about 366 calories.

I feel a little better this morning—the overall “foggy” feeling I carried around yesterday cleared but my throat is still sort of sore. I’m going to drink tons of water today and go to a 10:00 “power” yoga class. Yoga makes everything better 🙂
