Ryan and I ARE headed out right now on the boat so I wanted to give you my lunch post early.
To save money, I packed us a healthy lunch here and we are taking it in a cooler to have later on. For myself, I made a tofurky/avocado sammie using 3 slices of tofurky and 1/4 of an avocado with yellow mustard (yuck, the only kind he has!) on whole wheat bread. For Ryan, I packed 2 (he’s a big guy!) peanut butter/honey butter sammies on whole wheat. I also packed some spicy blue corn chips to have with my sandwich, a couple red apples and a KIND: nut bar to have later in the afternoon. After I did all this, Ryan snuck in some peanut butter and honey crackers for his afternoon snack as well as a gatorade!
Hopefully it won’t pour on us! We are going out to dinner tonight with my parents at one of my favorite restaurants in Tampa—Ceviche! It’s a Spanish tapas-style restaurant with the best sangria in the whole world. I recently saw that they have vegetarian paella on the menu so I am totally ordering that as my entree!!! I LOVE spanish/cuban food!
I did cardio today at the upstairs gym—10 minutes on the stairmaster, 10 minutes running on the treadmill, about 7 minutes (haha I got tired) on the bike, followed by some jumping jacks. When I got back I snacked on a kiwi and had some herbal tea.

I just have to say, I love your hair cut!
My hair is about the same color (a little darker, my hair is dirty blonde), and Ive been looking at hair cuts because I want to get mine about to my shoulders, but I couldnt find one thats not like super-layered and not so hard to take care of…and yours looks perfect! I might just print out a picture and take it to my hair appointment and get it cut like yours!
