Hey y’all!
Gosh, I am SO tired. I hardly slept at all last night…..I got home late as is and then it probably took me two solid hours to fall asleep…then I woke up at 6 am. Totally normal. A Green Monster was very necessary.

Its another absolutely perfect day here, weather-wise, and I’ve just been walking around with Kevin all morning…showing him the sights, sounds and TASTES of my little town. 🙂 Lots of cookbook reading…

And then burrito eating!!!! We hit up this tiny hole in the wall for lunch and it was AMAZING.

Yummy horchata to drink….I’m addicted to this stuff!

Twas quite a spread.

That would be my vegetarian burrito. It actually didn’t have cheese on it either and I was unaware of that detail but it was delicious all the same. I destroyed it and inhaled half with a ton of salsa verde.

It might be time to go crash a hotel pool now. Muhahaha 😉
