Something both extremely good and bad has happened in my kitchen today!
I’ll tell you about it tomorrow. When I regain strength.
It may be a margarita kind of night.

July 12, 2011 at 4:51 pmI just made a zucchini cake/loaf with coconut oil in it – it’s good! Not strong and coconut-y at all – but a nice twist. Maybe try adding the butter or oil in small amounts to baked goods verus using the coconut itself?

July 12, 2011 at 4:36 pmMargaritas sound like just what you need after that camping post and this one! I’m a firm believer that they can fix anything 🙂
AND sometimes the best things out of the kitchen start out as a disaster at first! Can’t wait to see what you made.

July 12, 2011 at 4:38 pmOh wow…coconut. Have fun!
And wash any little kitchen mishaps down with a margarita. Or a glass of wine. Always works wonders 🙂

July 12, 2011 at 4:58 pmAh, I’m excited! Coconut is one of my weaknesses. I’ve been craving coconut ice cream lately. If you have an ice cream maker, maybe you should make that next! I think yes.
