Eating What I’ve Got

Just got back from Orlando and made a quick lunch with what I found in the parent’s kitchen (not many choices here)….I made a peanut butter sandwich with the natural peanut butter I brought with me from my apartment and some organic jam on pepperidge farm bread (not the bread I usually eat and it tasted like a treat in itself!), 4 ounces of 2% cottage cheese and an apple. Now we are all relaxing around the house–I got a cappuccino maker for christmas so I might be testing that out later! I have no idea what is for dinner tonight. I’m celebrating with Ryan’s family and I’m sure it’s going to be a huge elaborate meal but I’ll do my best with pictures for you guys! Enjoy the holiday!
