Funky and Tired

wheewwwwwwww! Tired!!!!!

Sorry for the disappearing act! I’ll get to that in a second. First, my food!

Yesterday we had the best deli sandwiches brought in for all of us working hard at Winter Wineland! I had two small turkey on whole wheats.

IMG_4222.JPG
They were yummy: no mayo…just turkey, cheese, tomato and pickle. I added spicy mustard!
On my break later, I had this odwalla bar:
IMG_4223.JPG
I liked it but I’m more of a fan with a bar with more protein! This sure tasted good though!
And then right after I got off, there was the spur of the moment decision to head down to San Francisco to listen to a funk band play at The Independent. We grabbed tacos quickly in Santa Rosa before departing—
IMG_4225.JPG
This is a grilled chicken taco salad with no sour cream….It was actually SO good!!!!! I didn’t eat the taco shell and it was light on the cheese, heavy on the guacamole. Just my style! I never order taco salads out..maybe I should start!
And then we were off. I jump at any chance to go to the city and this was the perfect thing for a rainy Sunday night. I seriously miss going to listen to live music…Charleston had so much of that and Healdsburg has……nothing. Boo. The band was pretty amazing but we didn’t get home until 3 am!! I’m so glad I didn’t drink but I did eat an unpictured Larabar at the show.
The alarm rang at 7 because I have to go to this yoga class at 9:00 and then work at the studio because today is the Lululemon trunk show! Ate a quick bowl of oats made with water, banana and peanut butter:
IMG_4226.JPG
And drinking a very large mug of strong green tea. Nothing like power yoga on three hours of sleep, huh? There will be a nap in my future once I make it through this class. Hopefully Anna won’t kick my butt too hard. 😉
Wish me luck!

I went to mexican last night too! Except I got quesadillas and was severely dissapointed. Not only was it not healthy, but they just got soggy and there was way too much cheese. So much for good eats on sunday night. Glad you had a better one than me!

Oh wow, 3 hours of sleep, girl! Oh well, some things are worth.. especially San Francisco.
And that taco salad looks great! I love a GOOD taco salad but so many times they are so greasy and full of tons and tons of cheese, sour cream, and meat that is not very good.

I try to do 20 minutes easy 3x a week…and I cannot even be motiveated for that…always a busy mind …I think I need to just forget it and wait till my head is on straight some day!
Taco salads and sandwiches look great. Love guacomole.
