Well, I’m about to start getting ready to go to my little SATC party :). Today has been very rushed with errands and such and in the midst I picked up some sushi for lunch at Publix. I got an avocado veggie roll and some brown rice veggie sushi. I ended up only eating the avocado roll and about four pieces of the sushi. Avocado fills me up really quick and its so good!
My mom is freaking out because she wants to see SATC but has never seen a single episode of the show so I ran to blockbuster to pick up the last season on dvd and we are currently watching it together right now. I snacked on a few dried apricots as well.
Tonight I am meeting Ryan’s sister, Erin, at her apartment at 4 and we are going over to a friend’s house for cosmos and tapas before the movie at 7:30.
I’ll let you all know how it goes!

May 31, 2008 at 7:36 pmYour mom’s gonna love SATC! My mom thought she’d hate the show, but about a year ago she started watching my DVD’s with me, and now she begs me to put it on for her!

May 31, 2008 at 7:45 pmHave fun at the movie π So you do watch tv! I remember you saying you never watch tv and I found that hard to believe π
Your mom sounds so cute!
I posted this the other day, but donβt know if you say it, but on a lot of these food blogs sprouted bread seems to be really popular. I was wondering why? It looks more dry than regular bread. Does it have less calories or more filling. Before I try a loaf, I am trying to understand what makes it so popular.

Haha! I actually don’t even have cable!! π Seriously! But when I was in high school and college I lived for Dawson’s creek and SATC. Good TV is all gone now….I would rather read a book! haha!
I carry a recyclable water bottle that I bought at Whole Foods. Love it. Sprouted grain bread IS drier. You just gotta get used to it…i eat it because of its health benefits and after really reading the labels of the bread I used to buy (generic bread from publix) there was so much needless fluff stuff in it with ingredients I couldn’t pronounce. I can easily pronounce all ingredients in sprouted grain bread and each slice has about 5 grams of protein in it to top it off! I still prefer pitas and tortillas though…but I always have bread on hand for sandwich cravings.
