    jenna,
i really love all those tricep exercises too! interesting though, i had a free personal training session the other day and instead of doing the third exercise with one 15 lb weight, the trainer had me hold a 7.5 lb in each hand with the weights right next to each other .. it was significantly harder! he said that it made each arm fully carry each weight instead of kindof sharing it between the two. interesting and maybe worth giving it a shot!!

i am a personal trainer and the only thing i want to say is that when you do the tricep dips with the bench you want to make sure that your butt is no farther and an inch in front of the bench. If you travel out any farther, you arent targetting the muscle as much as you could, but more importantly that puts a ton of stress on the rotator cuff, which is really easy to injure. shoulder injuries are no fun.

has anyone ever told you you look like ashley olsen?

Hahaha I got that a lot when I was younger actually..no one has told me that in about five years! Funny! Thanks for the great tip, Kelley!

great video, these are some of my favorites!!
a little tip from a personal trainer: when you do the kickbacks, try to make your back parallel to the bench and keep your elbow as close to your body as you can. to make it a little harder, when you bring the weight back, twist your forearm towards your body so your palm is face-up. this targets the tricep differently and it’s definitely challenging!!
i think you look A LOT like the blonde girl from hitch!!! (i can’t think of her name)
    happy sunday!

I love the first exercise. It’s such a great workout and I always feel so accomplished because it gets pretty difficult towards the end!
Love the video post!!! Great job!

woohoo, another video! i second gena’s tip, I do the sort of twist at the top of the kickback and like that it works more of the heads 🙂
