Happy Humpday!
And yay for my day off! This morning I woke up around 7 and made some cottage cheese oats for breakfast to give me protein and power for my 9 am personal training appointment!
I used 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup whipped cottage cheese, a spoonful of ab and a banana. It was delicious and very filling!
It was so nice this morning to lay in bed with my coffee and watch the Today Show. I love being lazy :).
I’m off to the gym to meet my fate! I will let you all know the exercises he has me do and his advice later. Have a great morning!

I think a mid week day off would be awesome! Get so much more done because not everyone and their mother is out and about (like on saturdays!)

October 1, 2008 at 5:24 pmI’d dying to go to a personal trainer once or twice, but I’m way to cheap, and I totally passed up the opportunity for a free session when I joined my gym. Dumb.
