Two cakes in one day? Life is cruel, isn’t it?
However, if all you think I do all day is sit around and eat cake, you’re sadly mistaken. Right now, for instance, I’m cooking up a chicken. I’m also re-living a dream I had two nights ago where I was first in line at the taco truck and got the very last order of carnitas tacos. Unfortunately the alarm clock went off right as I was about to take a bite.
You really don’t want to miss out on this cake, though. Somehow it contains zero butter and still remains quite delicious. The idea baffles me but what can ya do?

April 8, 2011 at 12:29 pmHey Jenna! I saw these. Lusted. Veganized. Baked. Said “Holy Moly!”. Blogged about it. http://weightsandmeasures.wordpress.com/2011/04/08/trial-and-holy-moly/
They definitely had a different texture than yours, BUT they are absolutely delicious. I really and truly enjoyed them!
