Dessert

Still Going!

So….I made Ryan drive me to get frozen yogurt anyways! There’s just something about eating pizza then having frozen yogurt after. A match made in heaven!  Yes, its freezing…yes, we were comfy on the couch watching a movie–but when the craving strikes, the craving strikes!! We went to the “healthy” yogurt place where you can get a medium sized (8 ounces) of frozen yogurt for only 80 calories. I got the cinnamon-graham flavor and added mini chocolate-chips.…it looked like there were about 2 tbsp. I’m guessing this dessert was about 150 calories but it felt like it was about 400! Very large and filling and now, with the heat on and sitting on the couch with a blanket over me, I am content! (except for a totally messy kitchen that Ryan swears he will clean up later) 🙂

Can you believe THIS was only 150 calories?! Too good to be true!

YUM!!! The pizza (and fro yo) look delicious!!

I recently made a pizza from scratch (including the dough) and I was shocked at how easy it was! Homemade is always so much better than store bought pizza. Yours looked awesome!! I may have to make some more this weekend =)

I know! people don’t realize its really pretty simple and quick to make your own! And SO much healthier because there’s no oils and stuff that the pizza places sometimes might use. Just good tomato sauce, fresh veggies and cheese. yay!

Christie- I think I remember reading a response to that question the last time she got frozen yogurt. If I remember correctly it’s called D’lite or something very similar. I’m sure Jenna will correct me if I’m wrong, but I wanted to make sure that you got some froyo because it’s awesome!

Jenna- Seriously that bread was awesome. I felt the need to share my photos of my attempt with you (and whoever else tried the foccacia!):

YES-cinnamon graham flavor is the best! I really am going there today to buy some in their freezer section to stock my apartment fridge with! They sell pre-made wedges of frozen yogurt pie, sundaes and just about every flavor you could think of……all for less than 100 calories. It’s worth having around the house for when that sweet craving strikes and I can’t believe it’s not worse for me because it tastes so rich!

Here’s the site if you want to see! http://tampabaydlites.com/

and yes, I know I need to call…now that I have more readers its getting annoying not having an email sent to me with comments! ah!
