Taco Wednesday

Hey hey 🙂

Naturally, I’ve been SO HUNGRY all day long. I actually ate a Raw Organic Food Bar but forgot to take a photo….too hungry. Sorry, y’all! 😉 And then, it was a rainy taco wednesday.

I had a veggie burrito sans sour cream and devoured just about the whole thing in about three minutes flat. Mmmmm

So good. But now I’m having a serious craving for some dark chocolate. I need to rummage around to make that happen….:
I’m watching Bottleshock…never seen it before and its filmed right in my neighborhood!
The winner of the cycling hat raffle is Amanda Gross! Thank you, Amanda! Email me your mailing address and I’ll get your hat right to you 🙂

Went to Bottleshock premier 1st day was out. The director was there discussing. Enjoyable and fun but was really dazzled by
    ‘Mondovino’ really terrific:

So many really charming people interviewed in Italy, France.

Someone just told me about this set in Provence. Hadn’t seen. When turn in ur ms should have a French Day…to celebrate upcoming Pairs summer.

BTW– Paris Breakfasts has taken to using a stuffed bear to photograph around Paris from its perspective. Pretty funny:

When I move to Aix-n-Provence am getting a Golden Retriever named Jack–maybe photog from his POV. hehe

Your pictures look gorgeous! Especially that moody rainy windshield shot. Did you get a special lense for you SLR with a macro setting? What setting do you usually leave yours on? I’m currently tinkering around with lighting and no-flash settings with mine and am getting quite a few blurry results…

My wife and I do Taco Tuesday every week cause we are “all about alliterations.” Heh.
It helps out a lot with the grocery shopping organization and stuff when you can rely on certain meals on some of the more ‘whatever’ weekdays and you don’t have time to plan everything out. That way I just know I’ll be making tacos, and we can always vary it up by using different meats, salsas, and sides.

I don’t even drink wine and I loved Bottleshock. My husbands grandparents live in Healdsburg and used to own a winery, so it reminded me of them and their great house there. Such a beautiful place to live- I had so much fun there during Christmas (unfortunately Zin was closed though!).
