Sorry I wasn’t around last night. It was all I could do to lay in my dark room listening to Pride and Prejudice with my eyes squeezed shut (one of my favorite movies EVER–I’m a huuuge Jane Austen fan). Anyways, this morning I STILL have a headache but I’m feeling alright…must.forge.onward!
To start, I had a big blue smoothie for a snack:
Using 1 cup soymilk, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 scoop chocolate superfood, 1 tsp maca, 1/2 tsp xantham gum, handful of frozen blueberries and a few ice cubes.
And then for dinner I had a piece of salmon that I seared in a little coconut oil, Trader Joe’s couscous blend (mixed with 2 tbsp goat cheese) and roasted brussels sprouts:
However, after dinner my head REALLY started to pound and I decided to go with my approach that “frozen yogurt heals everything”
Mint yogurt with butterfinger and oreo. This + P&P made me sleep like a baby 🙂
This morning I dug into some overnight oats:
And now I’m just laying in bed watching the sun rise. I have big plans this morning that involves me driving over to “the other valley” 😉 You’ll have to wait and see!
