Happy Saturday!
What is with this FOG??!! I miss the sun like woahhhh π

However, Tampa I think, has it worse for once!

What in the heck is happening down South???!! Brrrrrrr
Anyways—last night was a rather chill night. Had a can of Amy’s tomato soup for dinner with a tortilla and a little goat cheddar cheese:

Went to a friend’s house to watch a movie and ended up roasting two undocumented marshmallows. Have I mentioned my love affair with roasted marshmallows??! So good.
This morning, I made a different breakfast of sorts!

Two tortillas filled with 4 egg whites + 1 yolk, a Morningstar soy sausage, a little goat cheddar and sriracha! My tummy is very happy after this meal π

Letting eggies digest before hitting the mat for 90 minutes of Dave. Other than that, laying low today and getting some stuff done around the house while I wait for the sun to reappear.
Have a great Saturday!

January 9, 2010 at 11:16 amI love roasted marshmallows. I think people of all ages can appreciate that one.
Your breakfast looks BOMB! (Mind you, I haven’t used the word “bomb” to indicate that something’s cool since junior high, so trust me when I say that breakfast looks exceptionally delicious.)
Have a fun, chill Saturday!

January 9, 2010 at 11:22 amLove the goat cheese wrap idea!
Just curious – why do you eat vegetarian “meat” items so often? I know different brands vary a lot, but sometimes they’re quite processed.
Just curious! π

January 9, 2010 at 1:16 pmWhat is siracha?? Anyone help me out?!!
And hey – at least it’s not freezing cold there with snow and ice girl!!!
Remember – it’s alllll relative right π
And agree with Hillary – you are well-rounded…I think I’m “over-rounded” unfortunately…
I just blogged about a book out now called “Live a Little” though – anyone heard of it?? About how we’ve really taken things to the extremes and need to just relax, eat a brownie, stay up late and chill out…
I like the phrase they used : “Take the HELL out of Healthy!”
Hence, I proceeded to eat a pizza to myself…it was thin crust and veggie loaded…does that redeem me some points π …ugh…

January 9, 2010 at 7:20 pmIt is sooo cold here in Florida, Jenna! You probably don’t know it but I relocated back to Gainesville after living in St. Pete last year in August and it it didn’t break 40 for a high today! It’s supposed to be 17 tonight and we got a message on our answering machine reminding everyone to insulate their pipes and bring their pets inside! Crazy!
Enjoy the fog while it lasts, it will only make the sun seem even more brilliant!
Stephanie
