6. Ate tacos for breakfast.
7. Drank a Dr. Pepper at an East Texas truck stop.
8. Fell in love with: Torchy’s Tacos, quilts, pine trees and hairspray…in that order.
9. Enjoyed Amy’s ice cream at midnight.
10. Ate more baked beans.
11. Drank more tea.
12. Navigated my way through back country roads in a white Dodge rental, listening to Willie and praying to Jesus.

September 5, 2010 at 9:11 pmthe mochachino and the “too much coffee man” sounds too cute!!! i really love it when i visit a cafe or food joint thats really down to earth and creative. the menu has a lot of character which probably draws both the locals and tourists in. and since ur only a texan once, i think the late night ice cream treats are well worth it !!
