Things I’ve Done So Far In Texas.

1. Raced a four-wheeler with a pickup truck.

2. Got a four-wheeler stuck in the creek.

3. Ate baked beans for three meals straight.

4. Drank sweet tea with breakfast.

5. Ate brisket for breakfast.

6. Ate tacos for breakfast.

7. Drank a Dr. Pepper at an East Texas truck stop.

8. Fell in love with: Torchy’s Tacos, quilts, pine trees and hairspray…in that order.

9. Enjoyed Amy’s ice cream at midnight.

10. Ate more baked beans.

11. Drank more tea.

12. Navigated my way through back country roads in a white Dodge rental, listening to Willie and praying to Jesus.

Did you get the Mexican Vanilla from Amy’s?! That is the BEST flavor! I live near the location on S Congress and sometimes I feel the need to go and eat it at 11pm. No judgement.
