Breakfast/ Dessert

Totally Necessary

Happy Sunday, folks!

Last night I totally met my dad at D’lites for an ice cream sundae! Here is my small flutternutter fudge yogurt with chocolate sauce and toasted pecans

SO very very necessary. Enough said.

Unfortunately, I slept awful last night! I don’t know what in the world went so wrong and I think I actually woke up at 5:30 but then I just laid in bed for the next hour before finally getting up at around 6:30. Gah! For breakfast I had more oat bran—1/2 cup with 1 cup water (out of milk!), 1/4 cup cottage cheese (had to use it up), banana, blueberries and peanut butter

This morning I’m going to church at 9:45 and then probably just nursing the hungover boyfriend back to health all day. Haha. Someone had a little TOO much fun yesterday. Let’s just say I came home at 5:00 and he came home at 1:00 am. Hmmmmmmm 😉 I already have his favorite orange vitamin water in the freezer to get extra cold…..I’m such a good girlfriend, aren’t I?!

See you for lunch!

Happy Birthday, Meghann! =)

That fro-yo look so good, but I’m wondering it it kept you from sleeping. My husband has the hardest time falling asleep if he eats refined sugar before bed. Fruit doesn’t bother him, but give the boy chocolate and he’s up for hours. It may also be the small amount of caffeine in chocolate, but he’s not very caffeine sensitive.

Have a good Sunday Jenna! Hope Ryan is feeling okay this morning. 🙂

    Fluffernutter sundae?? YUM!
It sounds weird, but for the first whole month after I started my new job last year, I had the hardest time sleeping. I’m sure your body will adjust!
