You Make Me Proud

I feel like a proud mother right now.

So many of you were able to correctly identify this pizza as Round Table and that makes my soul sing. I thought I was the only one who could tell a pizza from a mile away (based on the proportion of cheese to crust)….but then you all just go and keep surprising me yet again.

So proud. So, so proud.
I’m off to work this morning….had an Amazing Grass bar when I arose and then HempPlus waffles with Nuttzo and a Siggi’s just now. On work days I like to eat something quick and light when I get up and then have a larger meal about two hours later before I go in.

Bringing snacks to work and hopefully going straight to the gym right after. Counting down the hours till Yosemite (I leave Saturday afternoon)!
Happy July 1st!

Round Table is the best pizza around, no doubt. 😀

Enjoy Yosemite! I went once, in the dead of winter. =P I hope to go back one day, when the weather is nice, and get to truly enjoy and appreciate how gorgeous it is.

pizza and wine…does it get much better??? I’m always jealous when you off to work at the wine center…after doing a barrel tank tasting last weekend I haven’t been able to stop thinking about being involved with the industry…plus the fact that you work at KJ (Vintners Reserve Chard has a special place in my heart) makes me even more envious haha! Have a great day :)!

I was inspired by you to try Siggi’s. I REALLY like the acai flavor (like, really like), but the vanilla was just a little too tart for me. I wonder why? I regularly eat Greek yogurt plain, and never have a problem with its tartness.

Okay, I am not a fan of pizza… but that looks DELICIOUS!

I have a question for you though Jenna (and anyone else that reads this!!) Do you eat bigger meals in the morning or at night would you say? I am super torn on which to make my “bigger calorie” meal. I am a vegan so I don’t have THAT MANY options for breakfast. I always feel guilty when I eat a bigger breakfast, should I? ahhhhhh.

    🙂 happy thursday

Hahaha, oh my gosh. I feel like this is a skill I need to perfect. I’m not half bad at identifying Jelly Bean flavors simply by taste though… so I have that.
When you are in Yosemite, you should do Half Dome! I did it yesterday and it was one of the scariest, coolest, most rewarding physical things I have ever done! Let me know if you want more info, I would be happy to help 🙂

So jealous! Man do I miss Round Table! That was the pizza of my youth. I’m from the Bay Area and moved across country last year and you’re making me miss Yosemite, too. Some of my best memories are from the tent cabins there. Have fun! Try to check out the Awhanee if you can. 🙂

Those waffles just look delicious. I seriously want some right now, haha.

And while I did not recognize that pizza (I’m not from the area) I can tell my favorite pizza here by sight. Vito and Nicks. If you are ever in Chicago you have to try it. Forget Giordanos- Vito and Nicks is the top. Actually…Giordanos is deep dish heaven (Vito and Nick’s is thin-crust). Try both! haha
