Dinner

Easy Way Out

No one really felt like preparing more food tonight so after spending some time at home with my parents (and having a glass of red wine!), Ryan and I set out to pick up Pei Wei for dinner, which we just enjoyed sitting on the couch. I ordered the Soba Miso Bowl, which ROCKED! It was so good and not as spicy as the Blazing Noodles so I enjoyed it much more. I ate about half it because they give you such a huge portion.

Ryan and I are having a relaxing night watching movies on the couch then hopefully going to sleep early because I have to get up early tomorrow and drive back to Orlando for work! Have a wonderful holiday with your friends and family πŸ™‚

Wow your mom is so cute with that easter basket!

Just curious, since I thought you didn’t count calories what made you decide to count the chickpea cutlet calories?

    Hi Marcy,

Someone asked me to count them for them a couple months ago so I did.

I’ve only eaten at pei wei once, I’ll have to give the blazing noodles a try next time! Sometimes you just need lazy dinners…
