I love pancakes so.much.

I mean, is there any other food that is satisfying, so versatile, so comforting and so tasty? I think not.

Although I love nothing more than making my own homemade pancakes, I also truly appreciate natural wholesome mixes, such as Kodiak Cakes. Today’s stack was topped with almond butter, 2% greek yogurt, blueberries and maple syrup.
Divine. I want to eat the entire plate again.
But, alas, I must go to work instead. Hey, did you see my new Travel page? I also have a Favorite Posts page coming up in the future so stay tuned.

Did you see Caitlin on The Today Show this morning??!

I don’t have cable but I watched the clip online and I’m so proud of her!!
And, last but not least, here’s the big Microplane winner!

I love pancakes for their versatility too! In winter, sometimes I’ll make pancakes with a bit of curry seasoning and top them with veggies or tomato sauce. Sounds weird, but they’re SO good!

What a professional-looking dish. Almost like you went to culinary school or something! And, I agree — Caitlin rocked the Today Show this morning. Pancakes, talk shows, and crazy-good chocolate-coffee bars (on my blog): a great day in blogland, indeed. :)

Fantastic vid of Catlin. So articulate and right on. She warmed your seat for you in 2012–what fun to share the journey with your great friend. I love her project and she looked beautiful!
Your parents as flight attendants post was fun to read, too!

Mmm…I love pancakes. I’m so silly, though, in that I always think they’re going to take forever to make and never actually make them. But you’re so right. They’re delicious, versatile, and amazing. I think I need to make some very soon. :D

Yep, saw Caitlin and was so proud, too! She deserves every bit of recognition. She’s fab.

Quaker makes a cool oatmeal pancake mix. It’s really pretty good. I like it better than Kodak, actually.
