Breakfast

Baby Soft

Morning and happy February 1st! Can’t believe it’s already February….time is flying by.

I had the weirdest night of sleep ever after my interesting Cedar Enzyme Bath experience. However, this morning my skin is the softest that its ever been! Definitely one of the more interesting experiences I’ve had in life.

Was so excited to dive into my overnight oats this morning!

IMG_4424
MMm made my traditional way with 1/3 cup oats, 1 T chia, 1/3 cup almond milk, 1 chobani, banana, almond butter, cinnamon and agave. So creamy and good!
I’m plowing my way through my inbox this morning and then going to a 9 am yoga class followed by working at the studio for the rest of the morning. I’m excited for this week because I’m going HOME on Thursday morning for the first time since moving here in September. It’s been the longest period of time that I’ve ever been away from home for and I’m looking forward to a relaxing (and hopefully sunny!) weekend in Florida.
Alright boys and girls…gotta jet!
