Blondie

Hi guys!

This morning I did flow number 3 from Yoga to the People and enjoyed every second of it. Between this and YogaDownloads, yoga can be accessible to anyone anywhere! How wonderful! 🙂 I didn’t end up practicing until 10 this morning so I had a little snack beforehand:

After yoga I headed out to the bike store on my street that I have never been to before but always drive by. Its literally only a mile down the road and I was shocked at how large it was! They had spinning shoes of all types (I finally find them!), clothes, bikes, parts, nutrition bars, water bottles….you name it, they sell it. The guys were super friendly there, even when I appeared to be a dumb blond by strolling in in my sorority tshirt and claiming I just bought a new “Schwamm” from Target yesterday. The guy goes, did you mean a Schwinn? Um yeah. That one.

Anyways, I got a bag that fits on the back of my bike and its water proof and pretty spacious inside with a spot for my cell phone and everything. Exactly what I was looking for!

I also got a bike lock…..very necessary!

When I got back I made some lunch—-a turkey wrap with hummus and cheese with a handful of organic blue corn chips and a honeycrisp

I am picking up Ryan in a little bit from Best Buy and from there we are running some errands and such before dinner tonight. We are staying pretty low key tonight and just having dinner at home then going to a bar down the street. I’ve never been a huge NYE person anyways and would rather relax than spend hundreds of dollars at some fancy party. It does beat last year though when I had to work in Orlando!

Have a great afternoon and I’ll talk to you soon!

    Hey Jenna,

The bike bag makes you look so European! It reminds me of all the people I saw riding bikes this Summer when I went to the Netherlands and Scandanavia! Now…if only American bikes like yours had the key-lock in them like the ones in Europe do! Enjoy the bike! I wish my city were more bikeable!

Thank you SO much for the Yoga to the People link from the other day and today. I’ve done two of the classes now and love their approach! We’re currently snowed in here in Boston, so it was the perfect way to still get a workout in at home before New Year’s Eve!

Okay, your bag is way better than a plastic flower basket. I give in.

Thanks for posting about yogadownloads.com . I used to check out yogatoday.com as well but didn’t know about this one. I hope to start my practice back up now that we’re moved and settled. They canceled all the early morning yoga classes at our base gym that were offered when I could attend.

Congrats on all your new Christmas goodies! I hear the vitamix is the best machine ever!
