Dinner

Final Outcomes

So crunchy, so sweet, so wholesome. Well, wholesome in the fact that I used real Irish butter, oats, brown sugar and raspberry jam. But if butter’s not wholesome, then what is, I ask? What is the world coming to these days anyway.

Recipe can be found here. I highly recommend you make these for your own wellbeing.

And, speaking of wellbeing, you should probably go ahead and make these, too, while you’re at it.

I saw this recipe a few days ago and knew if I made it, the boy would pretty much do whatever I said. I had to work in pretty severe conditions but the final outcome was worth it, I assure you.

Both of those looks SO GOOD. The raspberry bars may look a bit better, though. But that may have to do with my uber-powerful sweet tooth 😉

Those bars look great and so does the recipe. Do you think there could be a substitute for some of the butter? or is all the 3/4 necessary for recipe success?
