So crunchy, so sweet, so wholesome. Well, wholesome in the fact that I used real Irish butter, oats, brown sugar and raspberry jam. But if butter’s not wholesome, then what is, I ask? What is the world coming to these days anyway.

And, speaking of wellbeing, you should probably go ahead and make these, too, while you’re at it.

I saw this recipe a few days ago and knew if I made it, the boy would pretty much do whatever I said. I had to work in pretty severe conditions but the final outcome was worth it, I assure you.
