GMIAAJ

Happy Thursday!

Go ahead and hate me.

This makes me unbelievably happy. I do NOT do well in the cold. I get very grumpy and lethargic. I looooove the sun!
This morning I ate half a petrified clif bar (petrified because I found it at the bottom of my backpack and who knows how long its been there. what?) and then went on a two mile run. When I returned, it was GMIAAJ time (green monster in an applesauce jar?).

That’s just how I roll. Used the standard frozen banana, chocolate amazing meal, half a bag of spinach, 1 tsp maca, 1 cup almond milk, 1 T peanut butter and ice. It never gets old!
Time to shower, grab coffee, go to the body shop and steal the gps out of my car (I STILL am driving the hot gold pontiac courtesy car…) and then head to the CITY! Major foodie fun ahead….stay tuned! 😉

Clif bars are like McDonald’s French Fries that way. I don’t think they ever expire! By the way, how do you choose what to fuel yourself with before a workout? I never know how much/how soon to eat before a workout. And after for that matter.

    Have a great day!

So over the course of the past month, I have read your entire blog. Result = a new eating philosphy for my family. Incorporated a LOT more tofu, quinoa, sunshine burgers, oatmeal concotions, fruit, all organice etc into my entire family’s life. While I used to eat these things before, now instead of once a week, they are the staple. Yes, my grocery bill is larger but our bodies feel stronger too. So thanks.
