Good morning! AHhh I know I’m beating this into the ground, but in 48 hours I will on my plane!!!!!!
In other news, the big winner of the Avocate skin line (including Intensive Eye Repair, Lotion, Skin Glow and Body Polish) is…………………………
(drum roll please)
Comment number 743—Megan!!!! Congratulations Megan! Megan wrote: “I would love to try Avocate. I have tried everything under the book for my skin including prescriptions, every infomercial product, and home mixes. Nothing works! I have an extremely fair complexion and acne, so the red spots are all the more obvious. I have developed sensitive skin, so at this point I’m helpless. I can barely put anything on my face without it becoming overly dry while also being broken out. I’m and adult…shouldn’t my skin stop being zitty by now?!”
Megan please email me your mailing address! 🙂

July 16, 2009 at 9:08 amI’m definitely using a peach in my green monster tomorrow! Well, a nectarine, actually – I have three that will be overripe in the next day or two and I can’t stand to waste fresh fruit!!
Enjoy your day 🙂

July 16, 2009 at 9:26 amJenna,
i was wondering if green monsters would taste good without the banana, so i was excited to see you didn’t add one today. i am thinking of trying one with frozen raspberries and spinach… but i didn’t know if it would taste sweet enough. anyone have thoughts on this or other banana free ones they have tried and liked!?
thanks!

July 16, 2009 at 9:27 amBefore reading blogs, I never would’ve thought you could put almond butter together with any other fruit than bananas and apples. Just one more reason why I love blogs — trying new combos!

July 16, 2009 at 10:07 amGood luck this weekend!!
Upon reading your last post (and others) about your yoga practice, a question came to mind: have you ever considered becoming a yoga instructor? You seem to love it SO much, and I think I’ve read that you’ve taken classes for around 6 years or so. Plus, in the pictures of yoga poses you’ve put on the blog before, you have such nice form. I would totally take a class from your thoughtful, positive self! Just curious if you have thought about teaching yoga or just want to focus on enjoying the classes from a personal standpoint 🙂

July 16, 2009 at 11:14 amJulia,
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to get yoga teacher certified but unfortunately its really expensive and I’m in the process of paying off my loan from culinary school….maybe if I get this job out in California I will be able to put some money away to do it! I would love it 🙂

July 16, 2009 at 11:12 amHow do you drink your green monsters at room temp?! Whenever I omit the frozen ingredients, I have to pop mine in the freezer for a few minutes before I can even let it get near me!
