Post-Gym Snack!

Just got back from the gym and had a little snack of 4 ounces plain, nonfat yogurt with about 1 tsp organic honey. It was the perfect light thing I needed after working my muscles hard at the gym! I actually had a pretty good workout, doing cardio for about 20 minutes and then hitting the weights and doing some lunges for another 25 minutes or so.

This morning snack was about 79 calories.
