Wow! Early Bird Lunch!

I had to eat lunch super early today because I am getting a massage at 11:30 (!!) and its going to take me awhile to get to the hotel with christmas eve/orlando traffic. I reheated some of the frozen Greek White Bean Soup that I had made a few weeks ago and ate a bowl of that with a grilled cheese sandwich on sprouted grain bread with 1 slice provolone and half a tablespoon of parmesan in it. I had apple slices on the side. It was a good, filling lunch and since I will also be eating a really early dinner tonight I probably won’t have too big of a snack later. Maybe something at the spa cafe at the hotel though 😉 We’ll see!

    Yum! I love love love grilled cheese and definitely need to try your spin on it! How early did you wake up that you were able to eat all this at 10:45?! Much earlier than me anyway, I just got up about an hour and a half ago and have so many things to do before the Christmas Eve Party! Hope you enjoy your relaxing massage and the rest of this exciting day! Im keeping my fingers crossed for your dessert with the fam 🙂

    Well, lets see. I ate breakfast at 7 this morning, had yogurt at 9:30 then ate lunch at 10:45. Seeing as I’m almost always hungry it worked! That is a 3.5 hour span between breakfast/lunch and I usually eat every 3 hours. I’m hoping I get cut early tonight because my manager said he would buy me a chocolate souflee cake when I sit with my parents!! SO GOOD!
