Oh yes, about 30 seconds after I wrote that last post my sweet tooth stuck!!!! I had 2 of my favorite “healthy” cookies (50 calories per cookie and all natural, organic) and a cup of chamomile tea. NOW I’m ready for that bath and my pjs! See you tomorrow 🙂

These are like the healthy alternative to Oreos! Look for them at your local store….I can’t get enough of them! Perfect for a chocolate addict like myself 🙂

quick question Jenna – what kind of heart rate monitor do you use? I’ve been thinking of getting one for awhile and I’m ready to do it. I’m pretty impressed with the Polar F4 or F6 (just from what I’ve read).

    Jenna,
I just want to say how inspired I am by you! It is nice to see a woman who has such a healthy relationship with food. Keep up the great work, I look forward to reading your blog everyday!

    Aimee,

I have a polar f4 and love it! I bought it initially when I was training for a marathon to keep track of everything while I ran hours on end. It’s easy to use and great!

Those cookies look so good! Did you get them at chain grocery store or a health food store?

Hey fellow avid blog readers! I just found this cool website that my friend to me about. I may be living in the dirt and this could be old news, but if you go to http://www.google.com/reader, you can track all of your blogs from one site. It tells you when each blog has been updated and archives the past 10(?) posts for each blog! All you do is go to the site and click add subscription on the left side and paste in the blog’s address. Then, once you have all of your favorite reads in your database, you can click “All items (#)” at the top on the left and it is like reading the post that jenna just posted and then the one that kath just posted and then iateapie.net and then heateatreview….all from one site! Also, on the right side of the page at the top you can click on expanded view or list view! It’s really cool and if you have never heard of it, I would suggest just trying it out and seeing what you think!! Good night!

I bought these cookies at my local grocery store—not a health food store. I think they are pretty new though so I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of places don’t carry them yet. We don’t have a trader joe’s here so I’m not sure if they have them but from what I know about that store, I’m sure they might!
