Happy Sunday! 🙂
I was so tired last night that I went to bed at 9:30! It was awesome. Didn’t end up working out yesterday…think I’m just going to take it easy and then kick myself back into gear next week. For a snack, I had the last two SCM cookies—

And then I actually went out wine tasting and then to Diavola for dinner with some friends. I haven’t been wine tasting in awhile and it was fun!

And gosh, I do love me some Diavola pizza.

The four of us shared this pork belly/goat cheese (cha cha cha!) and margarita pizza (I had three slices) and also some gnocchi, beet salad and a bottle of wine.

Corey finally got to experience pork belly perfection (her and her husband are visiting from San Diego)! For some reason it looks like I don’t have eyes in this picture, just black holes in my head? Hmm

And then literally, I crashed into bed at 9:30 because I’m just that cool.
More cereal with almond milk for breakfast!

Am I on a roll or what?! Again, puffins, Ezekiel, granola. Mmm mmm MMM
I’m going to make some tea and read for a little while, methinks! See you later! 🙂

January 31, 2010 at 7:40 amYummy pizza! Your hair looks good too. I’m trying to grow mine out! I think it’s kinda fun to go through breakfast phases- I had a combo cereal bowl of Life, Kashi Honey Sunshine, and Shredded Wheat before work all week and now I’ve had peanut butter french toast the past 2 days!

January 31, 2010 at 7:42 amsomeone said on your charity blog that your bike and equipment were donated???? That can’t be the case since you would need a sponsor and being a non-biker I don’t think anyone would do this. They must have this info wrong. My son has participated in many charity events and this is not even up for discussion, and he’s raised thousands of $$.

January 31, 2010 at 1:52 pmAll of your dinner sides look amazing, that beet salad and gnocchi in particular. You know, I understand that NYC likes to tout that it has the best pizza…but California was the absolute best gourmet pizza. Hands down. NYC slices are merely ideal when you’re on the go and need to slap some grease in your face.
I crashed about the same time you did last night, we’re both awesome Grandmas.

February 1, 2010 at 2:16 pmHi Jenna,
I’ve been reading your blog for a while now and really enjoy it. It’s so funny b/c every now and then people pop up in your blog that I am pretty sure I went to school with. Seems like you are hanging out with a few different Aggies. I could be wrong, but Corey looks very familiar from all my business and marketing classes! And Adam too. Anyway, thanks for giving me something to look forward to reading during the day!
