We made it!!!!

And what a trip. I took the “scenic” route all the way up highway 1 along the coast and poor Dexter got carsick and puked all over the place. And then I left my ipod on a rock near a coastal photo stop (we turned back around to get it)……but yeah! We finally made it and it’s gooooooorgeous here. So incredibly peaceful.

We stopped at this little beach cafe for sandwiches after our drive since we were all staaarving! I ordered a veggie sandwich with sprouts, avocado, olives, tomato and jack cheese. It hit the spot!

My dad got this root beer and I couldn’t resist a few swigs….good root beer is hard to pass by! 😉

And then once we got back to the house, I had a piece of the gingerbread that I got from Tartine yesterday!

Have I ever mentioned that gingerbread is my all time favorite cookie? Well it is. And this was delicious! I love how they sell it in big slabs.
I’m about to do some yoga out on the deck and then maybe…..take a nap? We are having dungeness crab for dinner!

Clicking my feet together and repeating three times, “I WILL grow on one day!’ ‘I WILL grow up on day!’ ‘Hmm, is there an app for this?”

December 24, 2009 at 5:54 pmAll of life I’ve lived in front of a field full of cows. You would think I’d be sick of them, but I’m a little obsessed. In other words, love the cow picture. 🙂

December 25, 2009 at 7:19 pmAs a mother of two young girls…that sign CRACKED ME UP!!! I saved it to use as something someday… Loved the pic of you jumping in the air and touching your toes. I’ve been thinking about doing yoga, but wasn’t sure how much of a cardio workout it is. Info anyone??? Merry Christmas!
