Unusual Lunch

I’m so odd today! Ryan and I went to Pita Pit for lunch today and for the first time ever, I COULDN’T FINISH MY PITA!!!! Who am I?! I also got a diet coke! I never get diet coke. I don’t even like diet coke. It sounded so good at the time though, I just had to get it. As for my pita, it was the biggest pita I have ever had in my life. I got a whole wheat pita with hummus, avocado, olives, banana peppers, lettuce, red onion, jalepinos, pickles and hot sauce. Say that 10 times fast! It was soooo stuffed that I left a couple bites. I also got baked lays and ate all of those. Ryan was threatening to take my picture while I ate my pita because it was SO huge and SO stuffed that it sort of went all over my face and all over everything and he was getting a kick out of it. I guess I shouldn’t stuff it so full next time?! Its just so good though that I can’t resist…

I got more birthday presents!!! (Note: this is not an engagement ring (hehe). I had been telling Ryan how much I loved this ring from Anthropologie though so he got it for me for my birthday!)

Also–we are going to the North Carolina mountains over the fourth of July weekend and Ryan signed us up for horseback riding in the mountains! He was so cute and printed up a sheet of all the horses and I can pick the one I want to ride. Yay!
