It’s been a successful Christmas Eve if I do say so myself. I did 75 minutes of yoga while staring out at the Pacific and, while in tree pose, SAW A WHALE (!!!!).
Apple for munching while on a beach hike with the parents (felt sooooo good to leave the blackberry/world behind for a bit!):
I’m a total daddy’s girl if you couldn’t tell 🙂
How could you not believe when you see God’s masterpiece so beautifully crafted?
My dad, who is also really into photography, totally fell in love with my camera….and the rest is history.
After our hike, we broke into the bubbly—
And then feasted on dungeness crab, green beans with roasted pumpkin seeds and a baked sweet potato!
It was seriously the PERFECT Christmas Eve dinner on the coast!
Later, had a cup of hot cocoa and the rest of the Tartine gingerbread (sigh):
Goodnight!

December 28, 2009 at 4:39 amHi, I’m just finding your blog. Your picture in the yoga pose looks incredibly powerful. Thanks for taking us with you on your vacation. Quick question, do you do any photo touch-ups or use a filter? Your colors just look so deep. Maybe it’s the type of sunlight you’re getting this time of year. Anyway, thanks again, Amy
