Look who I found!!

Yep, that would be the infamous Heather from Heather Eats Almond Butter!
LOVE this girl!! We had so much in common and she just oozed happy positive energy. In true HEAB style, she brought me a jar of raw almond butter all the way from Trader Joe’s in Nashvegas. I squealed with joy!! I NEED to go to a Trader Joe’s someday……!
When she told me she was in town I knew exactly where we should dine….

This raw vegan restaurant is very ELR & HEAB friendly 🙂

Of course we both ordered the exact same thing—a half order of “Sabrina’s Favorite Sandwich”, which we both adored:

Yummy raw onion “bread” stuffed with cashew hummus, avocado, sprouts and lettuce. SO good!
I was so sad to leave my new friend……hopefully she can come to the Summit in August!! 😉
Well, Ryan and I were going to spend the day at the beach or pool but unfortunately its quite overcast outside all of the sudden! Still might read pool-side, which is my vote. I don’t care about baking in the sun anyway—I just want to read and relax! 🙂 Tonight the plan is either Bonefish or BJs then seeing The Hangover with some movie gift certificates we have accumulated! Has anyone seen this? I hear its hilarious!!
Have a great day!

June 20, 2009 at 1:46 pmHangover is hilarious!! I am not usually a fan of these type of movies because I don’t usually get the humor that everyone else does (to me it’s just not funny), but this one was and it was a great movie!

June 20, 2009 at 1:53 pmlittle raunchy, but okay. Ending is a bit much with some quite trashy pictures, but does have some funny spots.

June 20, 2009 at 10:09 pmJenna,
So happy to get to meet you in person. You are exactly as I expected you to be from reading your blog – sweet, smart, and so pretty. 🙂 Grass Root was delicious, and I’m totally going to try and recreate that sandwich at home. One question – what the heck is sheeze? That one may take a little experimenting, but HEAB is always up for a little fun in the kitchen. Hehe. Hope you and Ryan had a wonderful evening together. Happy Anniversary my friend, and I hope we get to meet up again someday…maybe my next trip to San Fran? 🙂

couple questions for you: I am now trying to decide between the original amazing meal or the pomegranate mango flavor. Have you tried that flavor and if so, what did you think of it? Have you drank the original mixed with water? Thank you for your help!
