Happy humpday!
I have a tres busy day in front of me. About to go knock out 30 miles on the bike then have to rush to shower, get ready, and meet Marcy for our last workshop before my first draft is due next Thursday! Then, from there, rushing to the yoga studio to work the desk till 6. All good things though 🙂
Speaking of good things….

I may or may not have spotted this just about empty peanut butter jar at Adam and Rocky’s house and snagged it just for this purpose. Muhahahaha 😉
I used 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup almond milk, 1 T ground flax, a banana, a little raspberry jam and a little almond butter on top. Now that’s what I’m talkin’ about.

Time to get crackin’!!! I wish the weather was nicer outside. Hopefully it won’t rain on me while I’m on my bike. 🙁 Last day for Lucie’s super cute hats-–winner will be picked this eve!

March 25, 2010 at 2:12 amAre the oats in the jar just overnight oats, or do you heat it up? If you heat it up, don’t you worry about the plastic leeching into your food?
I stopped using plastic in my microwave (altho I do still use my microwave — occasionally) long before it became “cool”. Just like I started using canvas bags at the grocery store about 20+ years ago.
Just wondering . . .
