Hey guys!
I took a little break last night and got some book writing done. I’m not going to get any work done for the rest of the week so I tried to be a wee bit productive when I had the chance 😉
Yesterday evening I had the most delicious cocktail with my parents!
Gosh…I don’t even know the last time I had an actual cocktail. This was fun. It was a mix of tequila, muddled cranberries, lemon and agave. Dangerous!!
And then, we met Hardy for tacos at my favorite little hole in the wall. I ordered a chicken enchilada with no sour cream and a side of guacamole. I can never finish my meal when I order the regular sized enchilada entree, so just ordering a small plate of one enchilada was perfect for me. Pardon the rather crappy photo…I was having some technical difficulties.

I’m getting some work done here before I pick my mom up to do some yoga. Then, it’s back off to the city to drop them off, pick up Anne (check out her post this morning! hahaha) and meet BethT at Tartine!
Shenanigans to come! 😉

December 29, 2009 at 12:24 pmThis post made me realize one of the beauties of blogs–ironically, in the speeded-up world of technology–is freeze-framing moments for more to enjoy…and when think about..your moments point to ours that are like them that we savor all over again. Pretty cool Neat post!

December 29, 2009 at 2:15 pmDo you ever get sick of oatmeal? I’m gluten intolerant and find that oatmeal can get so old. any ideas for changing it up a bit? See you use a lot of almond butter. I’m going to give that a shot tomorrow morning.
