Salted Fudge Brownies

I thought since it’s Monday and all, y’all might be able to use another sweet dessert to get through the mid-afternoon slump.

These are every bit as gooey, fudgy and delicious as they look, and instantly were deemed “the best brownies EVER” when I brought them to my church group last week.

They would be the perfect Valentine’s Day treat (and yes, I plan to bake them again next week)!

Hop on over to The Tasty Kitchen Blog to see my step-by-step photo recipe post. I’m thrilled to now be a contributor in such a passionate and enthusiastic cooking commmunity!

Those brownies look like they are literally beyond moist. (and i hate that word but there is no other word for those!) Or maybe underbaked….but seriously they look amazing. Beyond delish!

I need to have those. Now!

    Thanks for teasing me πŸ™‚

    • jenna
      February 7, 2011 at 12:34 pm

I hate that word too!!! Adam and I were just laughing about that the other day. Sometimes you just gotta say it though! And yes, these brownies are (gulp) super moist. πŸ˜‰

      • Abby
        February 7, 2011 at 5:29 pm

I have yet to meet someone that likes the word “moist.” At first I thought I was a weirdo because of it, but then I found out a bunch of other people hate it too (so I suppose I’m a weirdo for other reasons, eh?)

Moral of the story? The brownies look deliciously lubricated. Okay. That’s even worse. They look great πŸ˜‰

Mine didn’t have adorable salt crystals left on top by the time they came out of the oven, but were still totally delish.
