How’s your Wednesday treatin’ ya? This morning I went to a 75 minute power yoga class and then worked at the front desk for awhile while the next class was in session. Loving the January Lululemon challenge to sweat once a day….feels great! After class, I snacked on a yogurt—

As you can see, I’ve been drinking a TON of tea lately and not so much coffee. I like the way I feel when I drink tea instead. I have this personal theory that coffee overload makes my skin break out. Weird, huh? I swear my skin glows
more when I drink tea! 🙂 Try it yourself!
Lunch was a big salad topped with an Amy’s California veggie burger, hummus, grated goat’s milk cheddar cheese and sriracha with a high fiber tortilla and 2 kiwis on the side:
As for my dating life, which y’all seem to be so interested in, my lips are sealed and the cat’s in the bag! 😉 My life is very public so please allow me this one private aspect!
