Finally got a good workout in! I just used Ryan’s apartment gym to do a hard, sweaty 30 minute cardio session on the elliptical and the stairmaster machines. It felt so good to get my body sweating again after all the junk I’ve put into it lately! After my workout I snacked on 12 kashi crackers with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter. My favorite!
I ended up getting called off work tonight and am making dinner for Ryan and my family. I’m making chicken saltimbocca with couscous and brussel sprouts. After I make it tonight I will post the recipe in my recipe section of this site. I’m trying to con Ryan into taking me out for frozen yogurt after dinner tonight….we shall see!
