Good morning 🙂
Y’all are so sweet with all your comments last night! Thank you…they all brought a smile to my face 🙂 I had a good nights sleep last night and feel a lot better today. Woke up and had pumpkin egg white oatmeal:

The usual: 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup egg whites, 1 banana, 1/4 cup pumpkin, 1 T barney butter, cinnamon and agave. SO filling!

Sorry this is so brief of a post but I’m hurrying to get some work done before heading to the studio for a 9 am power class then working the desk till 12:30. See you this afternoon!

January 25, 2010 at 9:51 amNicole,
I usually find canned pumpkin in the baking section of my grocery store with the pie filling (even the pure pumpkin is usually there). I like the ED Smith brand.

January 25, 2010 at 10:06 amI’m glad you are feeling better! I ask my mom to bring me back some canned pumkim from her trip to Florida because it doesn’t seem to exist in Quebec… I almost hope I won’t like it because I won’t be able to get more before somebody else I know visit the US!!

January 25, 2010 at 10:18 amSo glad you’re feeling much better! 😀 A good bowl of oats sets the day out on the right foot, too. I absolutely love egg whites in my oats after trying it for my first time last week. 😀
Hope you have a Happy monday! 😀

January 25, 2010 at 10:27 amI have a question about the egg whites in the oats. I’m sorry if you’ve been asked this 8893957820877 million times! But do you just put in the egg whites then cook them oats as normal? I usually do mine on the stovetop, would that work? Stir as usual?
Megan (BitesoftheApple)
January 25, 2010 at 11:04 amThe oats are making me cravvve some. I slept at my parents house last night and my mom made me oatmeal, but they were out of peanut butter so I had to have them “naked”…it wasn’t the same 😉
Have fun at yoga!

January 25, 2010 at 12:19 pmSo glad you’re feeling better!
PS-You have inspired me to try amazing meal and agave! Do you think agave would taste good in coffee in place of sugar? I guess I’ll find out tomorrow and let you know, hehe.
